  1. Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll replace it for you. Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges for size or color selection if the correct item was sent based on your order. We strongly advise checking our size chart before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we prioritize replacements to rectify any issues promptly. If you believe there was an error with your order, please reach out to us with photos or videos as proof, so we can provide you with a replacement form.

  2. Refund Process: If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement for a wrong or damaged item, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued simply because an order did not meet personal expectations if it aligns with the product description or was received within the standard delivery timeframe. We encourage all customers to review product details and estimated delivery dates carefully before ordering.
